Monday blues

It's cold and rainy and we're back to work. We had a great weekend though!

Saturday we went to watch Slone's old school, TWU, play in their conference championship game. It was such a nail-biter and they won their 3rd consecutive championship! After the game some of the team was texting Slone to join them in the locker room to celebrate. I thought that was so nice of them, but we had already left. It really was a great game.

Yesterday we had an awesome church service and learned about the Seed Company. They specialize in Bible transalations for countries all over the world who don't have a Bible in their language. These guys work so hard at what they do and it is truly inspiring to hear them speak about what they are doing for God's kingdom. It is one mission trip I definitely want to be a part of in my lifetime.

Happy Birthday Holly!

We went out Saturday night for Holly's birthday and stopped by this ice cream shop called Paciugo. Let me tell you, it was some good stuff!

Already 5 months old!

Braxton is already 5 months old. I just wanted to look at when I first met him and compare it to how big he has gotten. He sat up on his own this week!

I can't wait until our family vacation so Slone can finally meet him.

I am going to have one cool sister-in-love. Bubba proposed to Katelyn last Friday night and she said yes! The pic is from her phone but I'll post new ones as I get them :) Congrats, I love you both so much!!!
