Texas Wesleyan Rams

Slone's team is on their way to the National Tournament in 8 days! They were named National Champions in 2006, and my hope is that they can do it again this year. Their coach was recently named Coach of the Year! He has done a great job with them this season and they were on an 18 game winning streak up until last night. They suffered a loss from Jarvis Christian College in the Championship game. It was hard to see them lose, but I have faith they will show up in Kansas City with their game faces on and ready to kick some butt! The Rams had already secured an automatic bid to the NAIA National Tournament by winning the RRAC Regular Season Championship. That tournament will be held in Kansas City, MO, March 18-24.

He's going to Hollywood!

Texas Power had a Hollywood themed going away party for Brent last Friday. It was tons of fun and Brent definitely put on a show! Texas Power will miss you!!

Rockin' Out!

It's been a while since I've been able to post pictures. This is one from last night. We all went out to celebrate Brent's last bowling night before he moves to L.A. and played Rock Band before heading out. It was so much fun!
